Dear Eric, I recently came across your profile as a hypnotherapist On Social Media.

After some careful consideration, I felt compelled to reach out to you regarding a challenge that has persisted in my life since childhood.

When I was seven years old, I had a distressing experience with a babysitter named Jessica. Jessaca was fifteen and overweight she had also develop breats.

I was seven years old at the time and we all lived in the same appartment block. I lived on the second floor and Jessaca lived on the third floor. My Mum and dad were very good friends with Jessaca mum and dad and at the weekends they would all go out drinking and dancing together.

My mum would take me upstairs to Jessacs appartment and Jessac would baby sit me until all four partent returned.

The firest couple of weeks all was OK we just watched televidson and talked then around 10.30pm I would fall alseep on her sofa. My parents would return and I would go down to the second floor and go to bed.

One weekend Jessaca said she had invented a new game for us to play. She called it hide the thimble, I hid it first under a cusion and she evemntually found it, then it was her turn to hide it. I looked all over the the livingromm and the she said she would give me a clues when I got close to the thimble she said she would say I was getting wram then hotter and when I moved away she would say I was getting cool and colder. It soon became apparent that Jessac had hidden the thimble on her body.

As I approched her she would say your getting so hot. She started to laugh and she pulled her T shirt up exposing both her breats and she has pused the thimble on her nipple. She the told me to grab the thimble. Jassaca also devloped the the game but I dont reallly want to write about what happened over the coming weeks.

Ever since that incident, I’ve struggled with a deep-seated fear and nervousness, especially when it comes to interacting with women. Approaching women triggers a cascade of physical and emotional reactions sweaty palms, a racing heart, and, most notably, a nervous stammer. I find myself unable to engage in a conversation without the fear of falling apart.

Now in my late thirties, I’ve come to realize that this fear has been a significant barrier to developing meaningful relationships with women. It’s as if that seven-year-old boy is still inside me, holding me back. I’ve decided to take a proactive step to address this issue, and after researching various approaches, I believe hypnotherapy might be the key to unlocking a path towards confidence and self-assurance.

Do you think Hypnosis could help me.

I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Peter
